Our thesis
Live is where fans spend the most, and where money moves earliest. Tickets sell months ahead, but guarantees, deposits and production costs are due before that cash clears. Banks don’t underwrite routings or settlement sheets, so good promoters either fund shows themselves or give up upside to whoever fronts the money. We provide growth capital against the show’s own revenue, on terms built around the tour calendar.
Why we find it interesting
A big market that keeps growing.
Concert and festival ticket sales passed $40B in 2025 and are forecast to reach $50B by 2030.1
Touring already runs on advances.
Live Nation invested nearly $15B in artists and shows in 2025. Independent promoters need the same kind of capital without that balance sheet.2
The cash arrives early.
Live Nation held $4B of event-related deferred revenue at the end of 2025, up 21%. Presales make future revenue visible, and visible revenue can be financed.2
The market just opened up.
Live Nation’s March 2026 settlement with the Justice Department lets rival sellers use Ticketmaster’s platform and caps exclusive venue ticketing deals at four years. That gives independent promoters more room to grow.3
Who we’re looking for
- Independent promoters with a record of profitable shows who need guarantees funded before on-sale.
- Festivals with repeat attendance that need working capital before tickets settle.
- Artists and managers routing a headline tour.
- Owners of recurring event brands, and venues with ticketing history.
What we look at
Two or more years of settlements, a confirmed routing or festival date, the ticketing partner, and who else is in the deal.
Touring lines for labels
Live capital also comes alongside our label deals, as a touring line next to a catalog advance.
